The Big Brother reboot has been taking over our lives as of late - and if we're being honest - we're not about to change that any time soon. Since the fresh batch of new housemates entered the iconic Big Brother house earlier this month, plus new hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best took to the job like a duck to water, our evenings have been filled with enormous amounts of entertainment.
Right now, one of our favourite housemates is food writer Henry, mainly thanks to his blossoming relationship with Downtown Abbey fanatic Jordan and their hypothetical kids, Tarquin and Harlequin. But sadly, the 25 year old is up for eviction in tonight's episode, which means the Jenry (our portmanteau for Henry and Jordan) saga may come to an end sooner than we'd like.
While hopefully Henry will stick around to see young Tarquin through Eton, as Jordan wants him "in those Houses of Parliament," what do we actually know about the housemate's life offscreen? Here's everything you need to know about Henry Southan's personal life... What is Henry's job? During Henry's debut VT, he revealed that he was a food writer from the Cotswolds, and joked that he "basically gets paid to eat a lot and drink a lot." Erm, the dream?! While he didn't disclose where or who he writes for, a quick internet sift reveals that he's pretty much a big deal in the food world, having penned reviews for the likes of British GQ, Evening Standard, and Vice.
Before entering the house, Henry also joked that he hoped the other housemates wouldn't find him annoying because of his job. He said: "My job is critiquing food and restaurants, potentially I might end up critiquing my fellow housemates’ food which could be quite annoying I guess." Is Henry close with his family? Thanks
