Britain's Got Talent star Kerri-Anne Donaldson opened up about her "inner demons" in her last blog post which she posted just over a year before her tragic death at the age of 38.The dancer's death was announced by her sister in an emotional Facebook post. She wrote: "My beautiful baby sister is no longer with us and I don't know how to process it.
"I love you Kerri, you're my best friend, we were inseparable and right now I don't know how to fill the void. Be peaceful and hold Nan tight." On March 16 last year, Kerri published a blog post on Medium, where she opened up about "self doubt, anxiety and financial struggles." I have admittedly had moments of self-doubt and anxiety, and I have had to take action to save myself from those dark places that are very hard to return from." She continued: "So the world wants perfection, and here I am, the furthest thing from it. I am now stuck in a hamster wheel, trying to move forward without admitting to anyone, including myself, that my life isn’t as shiny as it seems." She then wrote that even those who are "mentally strong" have "vulnerabilities" before opening up further about an "unhealthy relationship" with food.
Kerri became a semi-finalist in 2014's BGT, as part of the dance group Kings and Queens which also featured Strictly Come Dancing pros, Neil Jones, Kai Widdrington and Katya Jones. Neil has posted an emotional tribute to Kerri, saying: "Kerri Anne Donaldson- remember
