Bernardo Silva has admitted that was relishing the chance for "revenge" during Manchester City's win over Chelsea.
City claimed a 1-0 win over Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday at Wembley Stadium. Silva scored the only goal of the game in the second half to see City book their place in next month's final against either Manchester United or Coventry City.
The winning goal for Silva comes just three days after City lost to Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final. Silva missed a penalty in the shootout loss to the La Liga giants at the Etihad Stadium.
Now the City star has admitted he was seeking "revenge" after the disappointment of exiting the Champions League in midweek. Silva also went on to admit that he and the City players were feeling the effects of fatigue against Chelsea.

"Very happy, after a frustrating week for all of us and for me personally," Silva told the BBC. "The good thing is in football is if you’re at Man City, you play every three days, so every three days you have a chance for a bit of revenge and to put things right.
"Today we tried to do that, even though we were very tired, but we are very happy with another final and another chance to win a trophy."
Silva went on to explain how his goal materialised, praising Jeremy Doku and Kevin De Bruyne for their roles in the match-winning moment.
"It’s the usual Kevin De Bruyne movement in between centre-back and full-back," said Silva.
"Jeremy [Doku] found the right timing to put the ball there, and then you try to put numbers in the box to increase
