Bella Hadid Joins Sister Gigi in Donating Her Fashion Week Earnings to Ukraine

Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid proved why they are the two of the most famous sisters on the catwalk Tuesday at the Ralph Lauren runway show at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. They looked amazing in black and white looks, with Bella wearing a gown and Gigi wearing a backless jumpsuit. Their second look was preppy and chic, both wearing high waisted slacks, a belt, and a layered look up top.

Gigi Hadid is facing criticism for comparing the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The model, whose father is Palestinian real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, announced earlier this week that she would be donating her Fashion Week earnings to Ukrainians. "I am pledging to donate my earnings from the Fall 2022 shows to aid those suffering from the war in Ukraine, as well as continuing to support those experiencing the same in Palestine," Hadid, 26, wrote on Instagram.

And while Fashion Weeks are usually all about who is on the FROW, champagne-fuelled parties and which designer pulls off the most outrageous looks, this year's shows have sometimes been a more sombre affair.
