Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell has opened up on how there has been ‘a lot of going on in her personal life’ recently. The 34 year old pro dancer was given a pass into the show’s semi-finals with her partner, EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier, on Saturday night after the public vote was cancelled because Nigel Harman had injured a rib in rehearsals - leaving him unable to continue in the competition. “There has been quite a lot going on in my personal life over these past few months, and Bobby has been really realistic and supportive, telling me everything's going to be OK. It's crazy that such a young guy can have such a good mind on him.” Bobby lost his mother, Big Brother star Jade Goody, to cervical cancer when he was aged just five. Jade died aged 27 on Mother's Day in March 2009.
Dianne's father Mark, who lives in Australia with her mum Rina, started chemotherapy last month.
The Strictly dance star has not specified what cancer her father has, but she shared a photo of him on his first day of the treatment on Instagram. She wrote: “I’m so proud of you dad. First round of chemotherapy today! I wish I could be there to hold
