Deborah James has hit back at a cruel troll who accused her of “sexualising” her cancer battle.The 40 year old, who has been living with incurable stage four bowel cancer for five years, has documented her journey on her BBC podcast You, Me and the Big C, as well as sharing updates on her Instagram account. Mum of two Deborah revealed she’s received shocking messages from people online who told her she “pouts too much” and “acts like a teenager”. She told The Sun: "I've been accused of sexualising cancer, of pouting too much and acting like a teenager.
