A barrister has been suspended from practice for six months over sexual comments he is alleged to have made towards a female mini-pupil.
Criminal lawyer Robert Kearney was found to have ‘failed to act with integrity’ during the course of the three-day pupillage in 2015.
The Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service (BATS) found Mr Kearney ‘engaged in inappropriate behaviour of a sexual nature’
