The screenwriter behind hit blockbuster Captain Marvel has been tasked with penning a remake of animated Disney classic Bambi.
Geneva Robertson-Dworet will team up with Lindsey Beer, who wrote Tom Holland's upcoming film Chaos Walking and is developing a script for Marvel movie Silver Sable, to rework the 1942 picture as a live-action project, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
