A mum claimed there's "one rule for politicians and another rule for the public" after bailiffs turned up at her home over an unpaid lockdown fine.
Amanda Martindale's son Alex, 23, was at a seven-person gathering at a house on March 20 2021, during the third national lockdown.
On Tuesday (February 1) bailiffs turned up at the Martindale family home with a CPS collection order, after Amazon worker Alex decided against paying the fine.

"I didn't pay it at the time, because I didn't feel like it was right, and I didn't open up the subsequent letters sent to me either," he told ChronicleLive.
He said that police entered the property because they said they had received reports of screaming and shouting, and a number of Covid fines were issued to the attendees.
He was handed a £1100 fine for participating in the Northumberland gathering during Tier 4 restrictions but it has risen to £1600 due to victim surcharges and other additional costs.
Amanda, of County Durham, is "infuriated" given the recent revelations about the string of lockdown-flouting parties in Whitehall.
She said she knows her 23-year-old son Alex "did wrong", but that it appears that there's "one rule for politicians and another rule for the public".
Amanda added: "It's a very intimidating experience having a bailiff rock up to your door like that."
"He said he wanted the money by tomorrow or he will come and seize my furniture or my son's car.
"It's money we simply don't have - we are all feeling the squeeze at the moment and it's too much money to borrow off anyone we know."
