Anthony Joshua's trainer, Ben Davison, has claimed that the much-wanted fight between the 34-year-old and Tyson Fury could happen with the help of Turki al Sheikh.
The two boxing sensations have flirted with the prospect of facing-off in the ring for many years. The proposed heavyweight clash has been dubbed 'the biggest fight in British boxing history' but no agreement has yet been reached.
Joshua will look to follow in Fury's footsteps in his battle with former UFC star Francis Ngannou on Friday March 8 in Saudi Arabia. Fury's next bout will come in May with his rescheduled fight with Oleksandr Usyk.

Boxing fans continue to want a clash between Britain's must successful boxers and want an agreement put into place sooner rather than later. Davison, who is helping Joshua prepare for Ngannou, has explained how Al-Sheikh, an adviser in the Royal Court and head of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) could be the one to get the fight scheduled.
Speaking courtesy of Full Circle with bet365, Davison was asked whether the fight will happen, he replied: "Can I give you the truth? I honestly don’t know. I really don’t know.
"If there’s one thing I will say, it’s that if it’s going to happen then Turki al Sheikh, his Excellency, is the person to do it. He’s delivering every single time. I know there are occasions where promoters say things, then eventually do it. With him, it’s about getting it done, and then talking about it.
"It wouldn’t surprise me if he has loads of things already signed off and done, and we just don’t know it.
