Manchester United youngster Anthony Elanga has issued a three-worded message in response to United supporters chanting his name on the way out of Atletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on Wednesday evening.
Elanga, who turns 20 in April, was United's hero in the Spanish capital, stepping off the bench to net a crucial equaliser in the first-leg of their Champions League last 16 first leg against Diego Simeone's side.
Latching onto Bruno Fernandes' perfect through ball, Elanga showed immense composure to sweep the ball into the far corner, earning United a crucial 1-1 draw, to boost their ambitions of progressing to the last eight.
Unsurprisingly, renditions of Elanga's chant to the tune of 'Rhythm is a Dancer' reverberated from the away end where United's travelling contingent filled the Madrid air with Mancunian voices.
The singing didn't stop once the full-time whistle had been blown either, with United's supporters continuing to sing the Swede's name loud and proud on their way out of the stadium.
A video shared on United's official Twitter page has shown supporters singing the chant as they made their way out of the ground and towards the surrounding streets.
Reacting to the video shared on the club's official Twitter page, Elanga quote tweeted the video on his own account, posting: "Such a blessing," accompanied with a praying emoji, signifying how lucky he believes he is to now be idolised by thousands of United fans.
His heroics in the Spanish capital not only marked his first-ever Champions League goal, but it also marked the second game in succession that he had stepped off the bench to find the back of the net after scoring in Sunday's 4-2 win over Leeds United at Elland Road.
