Ant McPartlin is celebrating a very special milestone today as his beloved chocolate Labrador, Hurley, turns 11 today.
His ex-wife Lisa Armstrong took to social media to publicly mark the occasion, despite their contrasting relationship surrounding the custody of Hurley.
The former couple, who separated in 2018 after 11 years together, co-share the responsibility for the much-loved pet. It was reported that a tussle for full ownership was looming alongside the joyous news of Ant becoming a first-time father at 48.
Lisa, 47, took to Instagram to share a throwback image of Hurley as a puppy, with the message: "Happy 11th birthday, my baby boy."
Ant, who recently welcomed son, Wilder, alongside wife Anne-Marie Corbett, who happens to be Lisa's old friend, has yet to respond to this significant doggy event, the Mirror reports.
Ant is reportedly primed to dispute custody rights over Hurley, following Lisa's emotional Instagram post titled: "Mama's baby boy". The respected makeup artist shared another adorable picture of little "Baby Hurls!!!" last weekend.
Social media shows Lisa regularly posting images of Hurley, reported as being her own personal "lifeline", while Geordie star Ant has purportedly said no to offering up complete pet custody.
MailOnline alleged he affirmed to his lawyers: "She can have anything she wants except the dog."
Meanwhile, an insider told The Sun that Lisa felt "betrayed" by Ant's jubilant announcement of his newborn son, which has solidified her determination to keep Hurley.
