Some This Morning viewers found themselves annoyed at other people tuning into the show when they seemingly didn't understand the Gladiators' rather odd appearance. The ITV daytime show returned to screens on Tuesday (January 16) with Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary at the helm.
During the second episode of the ITV show this week, the hosting duo were joined by new Gladiators - Legend, Viper and Fury. It comes after the competition show returned to screens on BBC One over the weekend to a great response.
Six million people tuned in to watch the first episode of the rebooted show, which was hosted by Bradley Walsh and his son Barney. It saw the classic challenge The Eliminator, a gruelling obstacle course, return as well as Duel, where players stand on small platforms and have to knock each other off using sticks.

A new game Ring, where contenders have to get past the “superhumans” to press a button, was also introduced. And throughout the 11 episodes in the series, Gladiators will appear and be challenged, culminating in a final.
But back to This Morning and Legend, Viper and Fury were on hand to chat with Josie and Dermot, however, the professional athletes remained in the character of their role in the BBC show which meant that Viper didn't say a word when quizzed by the presenters.
As the interview, or lack of in Viper's case, unfolded, This Morning viewers took to social media to express their confusion and anger. @WoWnut said: "How f***ng cringe is this Gladiator’s interview." @mariasianh asked: "Why’s he not speaking, just get off the show lol."
