Angie Harmon is mourning her furbaby Oliver after the dog was shot and killed by an Instacart driver! According to the Rizzoli & Isles star via Instagram on Monday, her German shepherd/beagle mix was murdered by a delivery man who was dropping off groceries at her Charlotte, North Carolina home on Saturday. Alongside a series of photos of the pup, she explained:

The actress went on to note that the individual “was shopping under a woman’s identity named Merle,” and she shared a screenshot of the account in her Story. The 51-year-old then addressed just how traumatizing the situation was for her whole family, adding:
In her Story, the Law & Order alum reposted a devastating message to the shopper, which was seemingly written by her 20-year-old daughter Finley Sehorn (though some outlets are reporting that the note was written by Angie). It read:

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department also told the outlet that, per their investigation, the driver arrived at the home and delivered the order. He was then allegedly attacked. CMPD Public Affairs claimed:
CMPD’s Animal Care and Control also responded to the scene. The driver has not been charged with anything yet and the “CMPD is not currently seeking any additional parties.” We hope justice will be served for this adorable pooch and his family. R.I.P. Ollie!
