She first learned of the Stuart House program, part of the UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center-affiliated Rape Foundation, as she was prepping for “Wind River,” a film in which she plays an FBI agent investigating the rape and murder of a young woman. This was in 2015, when Olsen had just moved back to Los Angeles from New York, and was looking for ways to feel more connected to the city. Through her agency, she was introduced to Gail Abarbanel, the president of the Rape Foundation and founder of Stuart House. Abarbanel gave Olsen a tour of the Stuart House space in Santa Monica, where kids who’ve been sexually assaulted are provided free medical, legal and psychological care.

The untitled film, the plot of which is being kept under wraps, will start filming next month and will be entirely in French with a budget in the $10-million range. Guns N’Roses have announced the release of a box set edition of ‘Use Your Illusion I + II’.Set for release on November 11, the “super deluxe” box set features 97 tracks – 63 of which are previously unreleased. It also includes a 100-page book containing unseen photos and images, as well as “a treasure trove of collectibles and archival documents”.The original studio albums have been remastered in full for the first time ever as part of this box set, which also comprises live versions of many of these tracks alongside older hits such as ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ and ‘Sweet Child O’Mine’. Comprising six tracks, the special collection contains live versions of five songs from FJM’s latest album ‘Chloë And The Next 20th Century’.Closing the EP is Father John Misty’s take on Wonder’s 1972 number ‘I Believe…’. Big Thief have announced plans for a world tour in 2023.The jaunt will include several dates in the UK which kick off at Gateshead Sage on April 5, along with further dates in Edinburgh, Manchester, and Cardiff, followed by two shows in London which wrap up at the Eventim Apollo on April 12.This will be followed a series of European dates throughout the rest of the month.Tickets for the UK shows go on sale this Friday (September 16) at 10am and can be purchased here.
