When it comes to summer parties, one of the most common problems that arises is making sure there's enough seating for everyone. Although you can of course cobble together a selection of dining chairs, foot stools and desk chairs, or pick up some affordable camping chairs for a last minute seating solution, it still leaves you with the problem of where to store everything once the party is over.
However, Amazon has just launched its very own version of the chic foldable paper chairs which fold down to just three centimeters wide.
The HKDJ-Folding Paper Stool, £42 here, expand into a round stool that's perfect for sitting on, before concertinaing back into a single piece of cardboard.
The stool is able to bear a load of up to 300kg, making it perfectly safe to sit or stand on, and measures 28cm high which is the ideal height for sitting on. When fully expended it measures 32cm wide, giving you plenty of room to sit on, and when folded back up it measures just 16cm wide, 3cm deep and 28cm high.
It's made from a sturdy kraft paper material, making it environmentally friendly, and the two ends are held together with a strong magnet to stop it from popping open whilst in use.
The honeycomb structure helps make it super sturdy and supportive and gives it a chic, minimalist feel whilst also allowing it to fold back to its flat state in seconds with minimal effort. Despite being crafted from kraft paper, the stool is completely waterproof, making it perfect for unpredictable UK weather or unexpected spillages.
It features a protective waterproof membrane which allows water to flow away, and any residual liquids can be dried with a towel and air dried, reports the Mirror. If you're concerned about comfort, it also has a curved edge

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder has contributed his cover of ‘Save It For Later’ by The Beat (or The English Beat) to season three of The Bear. The third season of the Emmy-winning restaurant drama aired yesterday (June 26) and received a mixed reaction from critics. As well as the award-winning acting, impressive shots of downtown Chicago and gripping storylines, the show has gained a reputation for its soundtracks.Featuring tracks from Radiohead to Genesis and Taylor Swift, the show’s varied themes are often represented by its diverse soundtrack. While there has been some repetition of artists used for the soundtrack, including Pearl Jam, whose songs ‘Animal’ and ‘Come Back’ made it into previous seasons, Vedder makes his debut solo feature on the show.It also marks his first official studio release of the cover. In the past, he has performed the song with Pearl Jam as part of a ‘Better Man’ live medley. The track also appeared in the background of a teaser trailer released earlier this month, which showed Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri’s characters preparing to open their new restaurant, now named ‘The Bear’.In a glowing four-star review of the series, NME wrote about the show’s music choices: “Musically, the first few episodes hold back on the show’s traditional juicy needle-drops, although Radiohead’s ‘Nice Dream’ plays (a second appearance for the British band in the show). But as later EPs drop, so do the tracks, including a glorious use of Beastie Boys’ ‘Sabotage’.

started looking into finding a UK home that he and his wife could keep for visiting instead of having to check into hotels each time. And according to former royal butler Grant Harrold, the rumored plan could be a strong indicator that the pair are looking to inch closer to Harry’s estranged family.“If Harry does buy a place in the UK, he and Meghan will live here for part of they year and part of the year in the States, that was the original idea,” Harrold exclusively told The Post.“I would assume that this would mean Meghan would also be coming to the UK and you’d see them spending so many months of the year here.”While the Sussexes are reportedly looking to add a UK property to their already-impressive real estate portfolio — which currently boasts a sprawling $14 million California mansion — Harrold notes that he doesn’t see the “Suits” alum moving back to London on a permanent basis.“I don’t see Meghan wanting to be in the UK permanently — I think that was the whole idea of why they went out to the States in the first place,” Harrold, who worked for King Charles for seven years when he was the Prince of Wales, said.“I can believe that Harry would like to be back here, he loves the UK.

UK General Election on July 4.The push arrives following the MVT delivering their full report into the state of the sector for 2023, showing the “disaster” facing live music with venues closing at a rate of around two per week.Presented at Westminster, the MVT echoed their calls for a levy on tickets on gigs at arena size and above and for major labels and such to pay back into the grassroots scene, arguing that “the big companies are now going to have to answer for this”.Now, a new report has been published, ‘A Manifesto for Grassroots Music’, which aims to get politicians working to help save the sector from the deepening crisis it finds itself in.In the report, MVT set out the steps that need to be taken to slow down the closures of grassroots music spaces across the UK, and highlights the importance of these venues for both music lovers and for emerging talent. These include the push for a £1 grassroots investment contribution from every arena and stadium ticket sold, which would be used to support grassroots music venues, artists and promoters. An abolition of VAT on tickets for grassroots music venues is also listed, as well as a reduction of VAT on cultural ticketing in the live music industry to the European average (between five and seven per cent).
