According to TV Line, the 50-year-old actress is set to star opposite Joshua Jackson in Paramount+’s upcoming Fatal Attraction series.

She joins previously announced cast member Lizzy Caplan. Amanda will play Beth Gallagher a loyal wife and mother whose world comes crashing down when her husband’s affair threatens to destroy their lives.
The show is a reboot on the wildly popular 1980s film that starred Glenn Close and Michael Douglas. It has been described as a “deep-dive reimagining of the classic psychosexual thriller and ‘80s cultural touchstone,” promising to explore “fatal attraction and the timeless themes of marriage and infidelity through the lens of modern attitudes toward strong women, personality disorders and coercive control.”
