Alison Hammond recently gave fans a glimpse inside her stunning home, after having her kitchen completely transformed. This Morning host Alison, 47, shared a video on her Instagram Stories showing off her swanky new kitchen over at her home in Birmingham, where she lives with her 17-year-old son Aiden. The star, who recently broke down in tears on This Morning while opening up about her battle with obesity, rarely posts snaps of her abode, but couldn't resist showing her one million followers her new kitchen.
Alison's video started with footage of the room prior to the makeover, with the star simply writing: "Kitchen makeover." The space is painted light cream, and boasts sleek tiled flooring and a modern white lampshade. Alison's quirky dining chairs were also visible in the clip, which are made of dark blue velvet and feature silver studs around the edge.
The video soon switched to another clip, unveiling the incredible finished result. Alison had opted to have a gorgeous new storage unit installed, which featured several drawers and cupboards. The new addition matched the existing colour scheme perfectly, having been painted light cream with clear cabinet knobs.
The TV star had added a large cream candle and a silver vase to complete the makeover, with no doubt more decorations to be added. Alison previously gave viewers a glimpse inside her kitchen when she filmed a baking segment for This Morning from her home.
