"I've found out that I am pre-diabetic, so I really need your help, and I have got to change my ways.

Alison, 45, is scheduled to become a regular This Morning presenter alongside Dermot O'Leary, taking over Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's Friday slot. An emotional Alison, who lives in Birmingham with her only child, told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield her struggle.She said: "I've had some news guys, I've had some news, and I'm willing to share if you've got the time."She continued: "I've found out I'm pre-diabetic, so I need your help and I need to change my ways.
