SANTA FE, N.M. – It’s been nearly three weeks since "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died in an on-set shooting involving actor Alec Baldwin that also left director Joel Souza hospitalized.

A third search warrant released by the Santa Fe Sheriff's office Wednesday revealed a fourth person handled the firearm that actor Alec Baldwin accidentally discharged on the set of "Rust," killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza. Sarah Zachry, who was first mentioned in the third search warrant executed by the Santa Fe Sheriff's Department, has been interviewed by police about the fatal shooting of Hutchins, Fox News can confirm.

During a press conference on Wednesday, Santa Fe sheriff Adan Mendoza said that he's "not exactly sure of [Baldwin's] present whereabouts," as he hasn't been asked to stay put in New Mexico, though police say, he has been cooperative in their ongoing investigation into the accidental "Rust" shooting.

Joel Souza, 48, broke his silence on the fatal shooting accident, which killed Halyna Hutchins and hospitalized him, on Saturday October 23, in a statement to Deadline. The Rust director mourned the loss of his friend and colleague in the  accident where Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun and led to the cinematographer’s death at 42-years-old.
