Aldi has restricted sales on one of its latest Specialbuys as it’s expected to be popular among those looking to save money on their energy bills and cook healthier meals. The Ambiano XX Large Air Fryer launched online this bank holiday Sunday, and is £100 cheaper than rival brand Ninja.
The kitchen gadget has a 5.5L capacity, and is perfect for frying up trusted bites or trying out some innovative recipes.
Coming in at £59.99, it’s around a third of the price of the comparative Ninja AF160UK Max Air Fryer, which has a 5.2L capacity, and costs £169.99.

A note on the retailer’s website says: “Please note: orders are restricted to 2 per person for this product and you will not be able to add more than 2 units to your basket.”
The air fryer offers a digital touch screen panel with 11 preset programs and a preheat function, with a temperature range from 80 to 200 degrees.
The Aldi air fryer - which serves 4-5 people - is even cheaper than the 5L Tower air fryer, which is currently £64.99 at Boots, as well as the 5.2L Salter device, which comes in at £69.99 at Robert Dyas.
