health delays — Elton John is resuming his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour.His retirement tour began in 2018, but due to a series of postponements, he was forced into a performance hiatus.But now, the 74-year-old British singer is back on the road and played at the Crescent City in New Orleans on Wednesday night.“Wow, we haven’t played a show since the 6th of March 2020. This is a new experience for us, I’ve never had this amount of time off in my life … playing music, well at least since I was 17 years of age,” the “Tiny Dancer” singer said to the New Orleans audience, who hung onto their coveted tickets for 745 days.“I can’t thank you enough for being so patient,” he continued.

Harry Styles‘ long-delayed Australian and New Zealand ‘Love On Tour’ dates have been officially cancelled.Styles was originally set to perform a string of arena dates in Australia in November of 2020. Those dates were postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic, with Styles commenting at the time: “I really hope to play the shows as planned for 2021 but will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks and months.”Dates in the UK and Europe that were originally scheduled for April of 2020, then pushed back to February and March 2021, were also postponed indefinitely in December of 2020.Styles managed to carry out the North American leg of the world tour last year, performing dozens of shows between September and November of 2021.

In Germany, the show was commissioned by ARD under its initiative termed “Mediathek First” for shows that launch first on its streaming platform, the ARD Mediathek.

The French Dispatch has just been made available to read online.The film was released in cinemas last year, telling the story of a fictional newspaper called The French Dispatch and bringing to life several vignettes taken from the paper itself.Owen Wilson, Tilda Swinton, Benicio Del Toro, Léa Seydoux, Timothée Chalamet, Lyna Khoudri, Frances McDormand, Bill Murray and Jeffrey Wright starred in the film.Anderson co-wrote the screenplay with Roman Coppola, Hugo Guinness and Jason Schwartzman.
