Scarlette Douglas - who presents A Place in the Sun - was left totally speechless after two buyers stormed off on Monday's programme.
Married couple Laura and Matt were looking for assistance in their search for the perfect holiday home in the Italian countryside.
Their budget of £180,000 had them look around Tuscany, as writes Liverpool Echo.
They were delighted with Scarlette's second property, a three-bedroom farmhouse with a private garden a huge open plan living area and a modern kitchen. It was on the market for just under £170,000.
But when it came to property number three, they called it quits before having even taken a proper tour. On the market for £187,500, it had four bedrooms with stunning views of the surrounding hills.
But it was too remote for Laura and Matt's liking, and they walked out before Scarlette could show them around. The host said: "I am sensing that you’re not as elated as you were with the previous one".
Laura admitted her concerns over the remote nature of the property, adding: "I think it’s more that if it was a permanent move then it would be more suitable." Matt agreed, and said: "The location is a little bit of an issue. It feels like you come off some very remote roads, down a remote track into the woods. It just feels disconnected".
Scarlette asked: "Do you want to keep looking around?” and Matt replied: "I think we’ve probably drawn a line on this one", before the pair walked away.
