Visceral fat, otherwise known as belly fat, can be hugely dangerous.
However, simply including a natural supplement into your daily routine may help reduce build-up, according to a study.
Belly fat can be dangerous as it lies close to important organs such as the liver, stomach, kidneys and intestines - according to The Express.
