Salt rims at the ready - Escape To Freight Island is launching a month-long Margarita Festival, which is kicking off today.
In conjunction with The Booze Fest, which is being run with Patron Tequila, the festival is being held in the indoor-outdoor venue’s ‘Plant Room’, which has been transformed into a ‘South American oasis’ for the occasion.
There will be a host of different ‘margs’ on the menu; there’s a classic margarita with tequila, triple sec and fresh lime, a spicy margarita with jalapeno-infused agave, a passion fruit margarita and a coconut lychee version too.
