The 2022-2023 season wrapped up a few months ago, and we’re anxiously awaiting all the strikes to end so we can get back into the swing of regularly scheduled TV. In the meantime, we’re taking a look back at the changes that have happened on Chicago Med, Chicago PD, and Chicago Fire. Some fan favorite characters have exited all three shows during the 2022-2023 season.
Unfortunately, most of the show’s exits have come from Chicago Med, with 1 from Chicago PD and 1 from Chicago Fire.

Emily Longeretta Kelly Severide is coming back to the firehouse. Taylor Kinney, who left “Chicago Fire” midway through Season 11, will be back for the upcoming 12th season, Variety confirms. It’s not yet determined how many episodes he will appear in.
Chicago Med, Chicago PD, and Chicago Fire are arguably three of NBC’s absolute best TV shows on the air right now.

The upcoming (abbreviated) eleventh season of NBC’s Chicago P.D. will be the last for Tracy Spiridakos, Deadline has confirmed. She will depart the Wolf Entertainment cop drama after eight seasons, seven of them as a series regular.
One Chicago is losing another one of it’s stars!
Variety reported on Tuesday.The actress, 35, has played Upton on the NBC drama since joining in Season 4 as a recurring character.
Miranda Rae Mayo joined the cast of the hit NBC series Chicago Fire in season four and she’s been portraying Lieutenant Stella Kidd ever since then.

Writers rooms are opening this week for Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television’s three Chicago dramas for NBC, three FBI dramas for CBS as well as NBC’s Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU.
Emily Longeretta Eight of Wolf Entertainment/Universal Television writers rooms are opening this week following the end of the writers strike. Additionally, two new showrunners have been named: “Chicago Fire” Season 12 will be run by Andrea Newman, formerly co-showrunner with Derek Haas; and “FBI: International” Season 3 will be run by executive producer Matt Olmstead.
