Channel 4's reality series, The Nevermets, has been giving us a glimpse into the lives of long-distance lovers meeting in person for the first time.The show follows five couples who are not only separated by miles but also by different cultures. Among the couples featured on the show have British catering assistant Sarah, 38, who travelled to the Philippines to meet Jgoy, a 27 year old Filipino virtual assistant.Their emotional farewell left viewers teary-eyed as they confessed their deep feelings for each other.

After the success of the pilot episode of Hazbin Hotel in 2019, Vivienne Medrano showed the potential that an adult animated musical series could offer. A potential that saw A24 joining into the animation space, leading to an eight episode season on Prime Video and a renewal for season 2. Joining Medrano on the project are songwriters Sam Haft and Andrew Underberg, who used multiple styles of music to give the series a more musical feeling than the pilot episode.

For a show that spent most of its time putting its characters in mortal danger, it’s remarkable that “Station 19” completed its series finale with nearly everyone alive and well — except, of course, for Kate (Kiele Sanchez), the newest addition to 19 who never did quite manage to become a part of the family. Kate got sucked up into a fire tornado — a firenado, perhaps — becoming the finale’s only casualty. Despite injuries and burns and smoke inhalation, everyone else lived on to firefight another day, with visions of their bright futures dancing ahead of them.
