Zendaya hopeful for Rue’s sobriety in ‘Euphoria’ season three

In May 16th 2001 Joana Rodriguez, 25, was just settling into life with a newborn.The beautiful young mum had given birth four days ago, to a son called Ray. Yet that night, three men came into her home, beat up her partner and kidnapped her and her newborn son. Later that day her lifeless body was found in the trunk of a car.

If you're wondering what's coming up on the TV schedule this week, Tuesday is set to be a busy evening across the broadcasting channels with something to watch for everyone. There's a couple of new shows joining the line-up but a few programmes will also be concluding. We've selected five TV highlights for Tuesday, March 22, below but don't forget there is plenty more to watch.

Hollywood stars have joined together to write a letter to City National’s parent company, the Royal Bank of Canada, to defund the Canada Gas pipeline. The letter, signed in solidarity, urges the Royal Bank of Canada to "withdraw support from the Coastal GasLink pipeline, effective immediately."  The letter goes on to say, "City National Bank's parent company Royal Bank of Canada is bankrolling the climate crisis and violating the rights of Indigenous Peoples."  Mark Ruffalo narrates a two-minute video explaining what the Coastal GasLink pipeline is doing to the land of the Wet’suwet’en nation.  (Getty Images) More than 65 celebrities, including Mark Ruffalo, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Stiller, Scarlett Johansson, Taika Waititi, Jane Fonda, Susan Sarandon, and Robert Downey Jr., banded together to send the letter to City National Bank’s parent company.  City National Bank has been dubbed as the "Bank of the Stars" and acquired the Royal Bank of Canada in 2015.  Some of the celebrities mentioned filmed a video together to raise awareness, using the hashtag, #NoMoreDirtyBanks.  Leonardo DiCaprio is joined by more than 65 other celebrities to protest the Royal Bank of Canada.

Succession star Brian Cox has recreated Sydney Sweeney’s memorable bathroom meltdown scene from Euphoria.Appearing in a segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday (March 14), the actor – who plays patriarch Logan Roy in Succession – appears alongside Euphoria characters Maddy (Alexa Demie), Kat (Barbie Ferreira), Lexi (Maude Apatow), and Rue (Zendaya).Cox proceeds to re-enact Cassie’s imaginary confession, declaring: “I’m in love with Nate Jacobs and he’s in love with me,” before adding “I have never, ever been happier!”Watch the HBO mash-up scene below.Last week (March 8), HBO released a statement responding to allegations which described a “hellish” night shoot and refusals to use the bathroom on the set of Euphoria.“The well-being of cast and crew on our productions is always a top priority,” HBO said in a statement obtained by Deadline, in response to allegations of SAG-AFTRA violations.“The production was in full compliance with all safety guidelines and guild protocols.

Euphoria, the Spider-Man: No Way Home actress continued to shine in the second season of Sam Levinson’s hit HBO drama - much to the delight of her fans. As the season draws to a close, Zendaya took to social media to share a sweet message with her Euphoriacs.  Zendaya recently reached out to her fans on Instagram as Season 2 of Euphoria officially ended last Sunday.
