Instagram came under fire earlier this week from users when they reported a glitch that meant Stories kept being repeated.The glitch that began at the start of the week has meant that even after Stories have been viewed by a user once, they still show up to be re-viewed.The issue sparked outrage amongst users and some took to Twitter to complain about the social media network with one saying: “Why’s instagram making me watch peoples same stories 50 times over every time someone puts a new one up.” Another added: “Instagram, please stop showing me stories i’ve already seen xoxo.” While one user joked: “I can proudly say, I repeated Instagram stories more than my lectures. Please solve this bug Instagram.” A spokesperson from Instagram owner, Meta, confirmed to Verge they are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
