Zander Clark can barely believe “super-human” Craig Gordon is back on his feet already.
But the Hearts goalkeeper knows he’ll have to stay on his toes if he wants to double up for club and country after witnessing the Tynecastle legend’s remarkable rehab efforts just a month on from that horror double leg break. He said: “If there’s one guy you could see coming back from this scenario, it would be Craig.
“His mentality is incredible and it’s great to see. But sometimes you do wonder if he’s actually human!
“It’s great to see his rehab is going so well already. Everyone at the club is behind him.

“You have to be at the top of your game every day. Of course (I’ll need to prove I should be No.1 when Craig comes back). That's why I signed at the club, to try and push the big man and see where it took me.
“I'm there at the moment, it's up to me now to keep playing well and give the manager food for thought. I just focus on what I'm doing and if I keep doing well, then happy days.”
It’s not just Robbie Neilson that Clark will be looking to impress. With Gordon out,
