A young woman was rushed to hospital after 'falling ill' on a bus, closing the line for several hours.
Paramedics responded to the medical episode at just after 11am this morning (July 20).
The V1 bus route was closed between Holden Road and Astley Street, heading towards Manchester on the Leigh Guided Busway, due to the 'medical emergency', said Transport for Greater Manchester.
