There are hair transformations and then there are HAIR transformations. Ashley Graham’s latest look falls into that latter category.The model has just temporarily switched up her signature glossy brunette hair for a bright orange bob – and even a true fan would be forgiven for not recognising her. Ashley, 34, has taken to Instagram to share the look with her 18 million followers, and fans, as you might imagine, have plenty to say about the bold punk/rock-looking hair update.
“No but actually… What's happening??” she captions the video without explaining what the mystery look is actually in aid of. “I didn’t even notice this is you until the tenth time watching,” writes back one fan, while another adds: “She’s not just a mom, she’s a cool mom.” A third jumps in with a comparison: “You look like Kat from Euphoria lol.” Fans are right in stating that the transformation truly is remarkable. Not only has the new mum, who gave birth to twins boys in January, replaced her dark lengths with a “bowl cut” bob – presumably a wig – but she’s also sporting full gothic makeup complete with overlined black lipstick and pencil-thin black brows.
Adding to the effect is plenty of fishnet and a spiked choker necklace. Quite the change, we think. Ashley isn’t the only celeb to go for a bold hair transformation this week.
