Fallout London, an upcoming Fallout 4 overhaul mod set in London, has been “screwed” by Bethesda dropping a next-gen update for the game without warning.Speaking to the BBC, with transcriptions from PC Gamer, project lead Dean Carter says the update “has, for a lack of a better term, screwed us over.” The mod was due to launch on April 23, St Geroge’s day, and the “in-game start date”, but those plans have since been scrapped, with the launch pushed back indefinitely while the team takes time “tweaking and testing to get things as stable as we can for you all in time for that release.”Updates to games can frequently interfere with mods that then have to be updated too. In fact, Skyrim fans have already begged Bethesda not to update the game anymore as it is breaking their mods.
