Considering Styles was extremely confident about the match, the fans decided to have some fun with the 42-year-old fighter after he miserably lost to Undertaker in the WrestleMania 36. The match ended in a dramatic fashion as Taker buried styles under a mound of dirt.

However, the platform finally made the announcement during the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

In a surprise move, it was recently announced that Roman Reigns had made the decision to opt out of Wrestlemania 36, due to concern regarding his health. Given how the WWE wrestler was battling Leukemia, his immunocompromised state could prove hazardous, especially with the coronavirus outbreak.

While the fans were eagerly waiting to see the WWE superstar in action at the upcoming WrestleMania 36 event, Roman Reigns revealed that he has decided to opt-out of the Universal Championship match against Goldberg. Since the 34-year-old Wrestler is immunocompromised because of his battle with leukemia, he did not want to risk his health amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. However, experts think the Roman might stay away from the wrestling ring long after the upcoming event.

Last week it was reported that WWE superstar Roman Reigns has decided to opt out of the WrestleMania 36 Universal Championship match against Goldberg. While initially there was no official confirmation, the 34-year-old wrestler confirmed the news in a lengthy video posted on Instagram. In the clip, Roman also slammed people for criticising his choice and defended his decision to prioritise his health. “Plain and simple, it’s “Nice to be nice”. You should try it ASAP!” he wrote in the caption.

Ever since the WWE announced that Roman Reigns will lock horns with Goldberg at the WrestleMania 36, the fans were eagerly waiting to see the two in action. However, amid the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, Roman decided to opt out of the Universal Championship match. And according to the latest news, WWE has already picked a wrestler to take Roman’s place in the event. Braun Strowman will replace him against WWE Universal Champion in the upcoming match, Wrestling Observer Radio reported.

WrestleMania 36 is still scheduled to go ahead but at least one pro wrestling star will be missing.
