Love Island star Hugo Hammond has shown off the results of his transformed physique in a new post after cutting down his intake of unhealthy food and alcohol.The 25 year old shared an image on Instagram presenting comparison shots of himself before and after his decision to change his diet, telling followers that he is “on his way” to returning to the shape he was in entering the ITV dating show.
