A woman has been left frightened after two men attempted to steal her dog.
The incident happened on the footpath close to Main Street in Jamestown near to the entrance at Oakburn Walk last night.
At about 9.05pm, she was walking when two men approached her, pushed her to the ground and tried to grab the dog’s lead.
Both men are both described as white, wearing all black clothing and had snoods over their faces.
