Tyrese Gibson Petitions for New Judge in Divorce Case Following Heated Court Hearings

Tyrese Gibson is looking to get a new judge in his divorce case with his ex, Samantha Lee Gibson.Following a heated exchange during two courtroom hearings in late August — in which Tyrese was ordered to pay $10,690 per month in child support for the former couple's 3-year-old daughter, Soraya — the actor filed a petition in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia, seeking the recusal of Judge Kevin M. Farmer.According to the court docs filed on Tuesday, which were obtained by ET, Tyrese lays out a multitude of reasons he believes Judge Farmer was biased against him during the hearings. In the motion for recusal, Tyrese's attorneys allege that, at a pre-trial hearing in his chambers, Judge Farmer «stated that he already has reviewed the financial evidence in the case» and that $10,690 was «an appropriate amount» for the actor to pay.

First-person stealth game ‘Gloomwood’ sneaks into Early Access

Gloomwood, a stealth horror FPS from Dusk, Utrakill and Amid Evil publisher New Blood Interactive, has launched into Early Access. The game takes heavy inspiration from the classic Thief franchise, dropping players in a cursed Victorian city, forcing them to rely on their stealth skills in order to survive. While the Thief inspirations are clear, Gloomwood also has a distinctly Bloodborne feel to it – from the cursed Victorian city to your period-appropriate arsenal of weapons, which features a cane sword, a grappling hook-harpoon gun and a break-action shotgun.Players are free to plan their route through the city of Gloomwood at their leisure, as they take on the role of a professional assassin known as the Doctor. The game debuted a five-minute gameplay trailer during the PC Gaming show at last year’s E3, showcasing the game’s stealth aspects as the Doctor turns out the lights to outwit his enemies – taking advantage of the game’s detailed stealth and sound system. There’s no word yet on how long the game will be in Early Access, with a Q&A on Gloomwood’s Steam Page explaining that “given the amount of game left to be built and our Early Access track record with games like Dusk, Amid Evil and Ultrakill it will be a year or two at least.”The Early Access launch includes the fishery, cliffside caves and mines, cliffs, and lighthouse areas of the game world, with more areas, weapons, items, enemies and features planned for the full launch.

Halsey closed out the west-side main stage at this year’s Reading Festival last night (August 28), delivering a stack of hits from across their four-album catalogue, declaring the UK to be their favourite region to perform in, and eliciting a rather unique chant from the packed-out crowd. The show was particularly notable for riding on the heels of Halsey’s turbulent appearance at Leeds Festival on Friday (August 27); during that set, they were forced to stop performing midway through their rendition of ‘Honey’ due to illness. They later revealed that they’d performed the set with “terrible food poisoning” and “felt like [they were] on Jupiter the whole time”.Halsey was in tip-top shape for their appearance at Reading, though.
