The Queen turned 95 today and has remained at Windsor Castle during a period of Royal Mourning for her late husband Prince Philip. Her Majesty was officially born on April 21 1926 in Mayfair, London, as the first child of the Duke and Duchess of York, later known as King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
