Whoopi Goldberg has accepted an invitation to return to the Star Trek universe to join her old pal Sir Patrick Stewart in his new spinoff series.
“Star Trek: Picard” is at least a partial family reunion for the cast and characters of the 1987-1994 sci-fi drama “Star Trek: The Next Generation.”
