Dan Wootton has been trending on social media over the weekend, finding himself facing allegations that he used a pseudonym and offered colleagues money for sexual material. The presenter has made a name for himself in the media world as a prominent voice in tabloid newspapers and TV channels like GB News.
And now, the former ITV star, 40, admitted to making "errors of judgement in the past" and went on to deny allegations made against him when speaking on GB News on Tuesday night, reports the Mirror.
Since the early days of his career as a journalist, Wootton has broken some huge stories but has also been involved in several scandals.

The screenshot showed a tweet from Wootton which included an image of the front page of The Sun newspaper - where Wootton worked at the time - leading with a story about Smile singer Lily collapsing at Glastonbury.

"FOR NO REASON. Anyway, karmas a b***h. I couldn’t be happier at this time in my life. absolutely thriving."
The pair clashed on Twitter in 2011 when the GB News presenter shared his thoughts on former X-Factor star Cher Lloyd, tweeting: "Love how Cher Lloyd hasn’t had one hit single yet but acts as if she’s Rihanna."
