Children everywhere tuned in to see Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po's antics, as they bounded around Teletubby land in their search for tubby toast.The characters each had their own personality, and prop that they became known for, as well as their TV tummies. Purple Tinky Winky was known for his triangular antenna, and always carried a handbag, Dipsy was green, and had a 'dipstick' antenna.
