LONDON — The Rolling Stones gave their fans some satisfaction on Thursday by releasing a new track Living in a Ghost Town, partially recorded during the coronavirus lockdown.
No drums? No problem. Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts didn’t let the lack of a drum kit stop him from joining his bandmates in a live performance from their respective homes on Saturday.

The Rolling Stones were among the massive roster of artists participating in Global Citizen’s One World: Together at Home broadcast benefit tonight. The Stones played their classic hit “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.” Check out their performance below.

The Rolling Stones are taking over One World: Together at Home!
The “One World: Together At Home” concert was truly an experience. Viewers tuned in to show their support for healthcare and frontline workers from all around the world, and it was amazing to see the world’s biggest stars come together for one incredible concert.
Everything has turned digital given the present day and age. But now that we are all stuck at home due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, other things that happened in person, including concerts and festivals, have also turned digital, and rightly so.
The Rolling Stones will perform during Lady Gaga’s star-studded One World: Together At Home live-streamed concert this weekend.
