Watch Sarah Palin rap as a bear on ‘The Masked Singer’ US

[Spoiler alert: This story contains the identity of the eliminated contestant on Wednesday night's (March 25) The Masked Singer.]The Masked Singer did it again this week, serving up exactly the kind of guilty-pleasure entertainment we need as the world continues its COVID-19 lockdown.

One of my fave parts of the show is the wildly detailed, intricate, and extravagant costumes. I’d even go so far as to call them works of art. I mean, come on! It’s pretty impressive that these stars B-listers are able to bust a move onstage in getups that rival heavy machinery. Have you *seen* the wings on the ?! Or the hat on ?! None of this stuff can be particularly comfy, and the sacrifice made for my personal amusement is very much appreciated!

Bella Thorne was the latest star to be unmasked on Wednesday's all-new episode of and even the talented multi-hyphenate — who's gearing up to release new music this year — admits that performing on the massively popular Fox competition show was a nerve-wracking experience!

What a season this is turning out to be.  Last week, Sarah Palin in a bear costume. This week, it's Bella Thorne as a swan.

Much of Hollywood may be dealing with uncertainty right at this moment in the face of the pandemic that's sweeping the globe, but we can all rest easy about one little thing: The Masked Singer will go on.  This is only because the season finished filming in February, but it means that our weekly insane guessing games will continue until all of the singers have been unmasked and we can all rest easy knowing who else was up on that stage with Sarah Palin, Tony Hawk, and Chaka Khan.  Tonight, Ken

Without a scary get-up to distract me, I figured I'd be able to guess which the space suit right away. But as it turns out, I'm just really really bad at recognizing voices. Thankfully, the judges and fans came through with some theories. Let's dive in.

In case the world didn't seem wild enough right now, last night's episode of The Masked Singer was a shocking one.  It introduced us to the final six singers we haven't yet met this season, all of whom seem a little more unhinged than the singers we had previously met. And then, at the end, Sarah Palin revealed herself to have been the Bear.  If it were simply that, that would have been weird enough.

Before we’re introduced to the final roundup of fresh, disguised faces this season -- that would be Group C -- let’s recap the way this all has gone down to-date. Group A started out with six, then proceeded to lose Lil Wayne, Drew Carey and, scandalously, Chaka Khan.

2020 has been a bit of a rollercoaster and we’re only three months in.

The Masked Singer unveiled Group C, its third and final clump of cloaked competitors, Wednesday night and producers raised the stakes just that much higher when the identity of a very famous and unexpected personality got revealed. Nick Cannon teased the judges for being two for six this season and sadly, many of their guesses tonight didn't seem to be much stronger, even if the Bear — who got sent home at the end — turned out to be a pretty obvious guess.

Introducing … Group C! The Masked Singer presented the next group of singers and so many new clues. Judges Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke and Ken Jeong tried their best at their guesses but they never saw this coming.
