There are some shows that are simply timeless, that can bring us joy no matter what. So when we learned that Channel 4 was bringing back Changing Rooms we couldn’t contain our excitement.
Now we’ve got our first look at the updated Changing Rooms which promises to have all the sparkle of the original 90s and noughties version. While it was first reported that Davina McCall would be presenting, she was unable to commit due to COVID-19.

After a 17-year-break the beloved interior design show Changing Rooms is back on our screens, which of course means the return of the iconic Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. Whilst we watch to get tips for our own homes, Laurence of course couldn’t do the show without his trusty leather pants and viewers haven’t been shy sharing their opinions on social media.

The return of Changing Rooms on Channel 4 is one many fans have been waiting for since it went off air 17 years ago.The show’s original star Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen took centre stage as he was joined by two newcomers – Russell Whitehead and Jordan Cluroe – to give rooms a complete makeover on Wednesday 18 August.
