Set in the powder keg era of the early ‘70s, the series will follow Maxine as she navigates the line between the haves and the have-nots, the series focuses on questions of who gets a seat at the table and what people will sacrifice to get there.Janney is known for playing C.J.

It’s located a few miles northeast of downtown Nashville, in a suburban area of an incorporated historic city that some have characterized as “the next East Nashville,” both for its next-door status to the latter community and the number of musicians moving there.
