'Walking Dead' Spinoff 'World Beyond' Gets Premiere Date

David Schwimmer would love to play James Bond in a comedy reboot of the espionage franchise.

It’s not a soundtrack one would expect to be affiliated with the NFL, but during the regular season, and even more so throughout the playoffs, the music of Phish has been used in multiple bumpers heading into commercial breaks on Fox.

The Walking Dead ended the first half of Season 10 on a cliffhanger. Alpha (Samantha Morton) lured a squad of Alexandrians into an ambush, trapping Carol (Melissa McBride), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Aaron (Ross Marquand), Jerry (Cooper Andrews), Magna (Nadia Hilker), Connie (Lauren Ridloff) and Kelly (Angel Theory) in an underground cave packed with a horde of walkers.

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has said that she often felt like she was preyed upon as a teenager.

In today’s TV news roundup, AMC has announced a premiere date for “The Walking Dead: World Beyond,” and Netflix has released a trailer for “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” Season 3.

Magnolia Pictures has released a new trailer for Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and the Band, a forthcoming documentary produced by Martin Scorsese. The film, which hits theaters February 21, is directed by Daniel Roher, and largely focuses on Robertson’s personal journey, including a glimpse into his life before the Band. In April 2019, AMC announced the Walking Dead franchise was expanding to include a third series. According to the network, The Walking Dead: World Beyond "will feature two young female protagonists and focus on the first generation to come of age in the apocalypse as we know it. Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad."

AMC has finally set a premiere date for The Walking Dead: World Beyond, the newest series in the Walking Dead franchise. The zombie drama will premiere Sunday, April 12 at 10/9c, immediately following the Season 10 finale of The Walking Dead, AMC announced at the Television Critics Association winter press tour on Thursday. Following the premiere, it will air at its regular time Sundays at 9/8c starting April 19.
