Tokyo Vice has been cancelled by HBO after two seasons, with some fans questioning whether they should now cancel their Max subscription.The news was confirmed during a Fox Studios panel this week, with the streaming service paying tribute to the show’s creator J.T. Rogers and director Alan Poul.“From Tokyo Vice’s richly written material to the gorgeously composed shots to the lived-in performances, the care and creativity of this enormously talented cast and crew shines in every frame of the show,” said a Max spokesperson (via Deadline).

Max series Tokyo Vice has ended after two seasons. The news was revealed today during a Produced By panel at the Fox Studios with participants Max Head of Original Content, Sarah Aubrey, Tokyo Vice creator J.T. Rogers and EP/director Alan Poul.

Tokyo Vice will not be returning for another season.

Nicki Minaj’s latest concert in Amsterdam has been axed, nearly a week after she was arrested on suspicion of trying to export drugs.The rapper performed in the Dutch city on Thursday night (May 23) as the first date of her UK and European tour. However, as she went to travel to the show in Manchester she was detained on suspicion of “carrying drugs”.She shared footage of the arrest as part of an Instagram livestream, and filmed what appeared to be a group of Dutch police officers arresting her and asking her to enter a police vehicle so they could take her to the station.In the post she is heard immediately denying all accusations, and repeatedly saying that she is not going anywhere without the presence of a lawyer.

On Friday, Dutch promoter Mojo announced on its website that Minaj’s June 2 show at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome had been canceled. “Due to the events of last week, the Nicki Minaj show on Sunday, 2nd June at Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam will no longer be taking place,” the company’s statement reads.
