With a career spent on Capitol Hill and founding the , a grassroots organization, Hailey is an expert on voter digital organizing. To date, her work has resulted in more than 3.3 million requests for mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election.
“Looking back on 2020, I ended up exactly where I was supposed to be with exactly the skill sets that I needed to accomplish the goals at hand,” she tells Glamour. "We ended up in 2020, after I took over, with more users on vote.org than all the other years combined.
We raised more money than all the other years combined. We built out an incredibly talented staff and team.”For the 2022 , Hailey is committed to making voting accessible for even more Americans by including resources like early voting locations and election reminders.
