Vogue Williams had an awkward wardrobe malfunction and didn't even realise until it was too late.The pregnant reality star, who is married to Spencer Matthews, confessed that she'd made mistake after she'd been spotted out and about on Friday in a summery yellow dress she thought was backless.The long-sleeved billowing dress appeared to have a gap at the top which Vogue admitted was supposed to be zipped up, but couldn't because of her baby bump.
