Victoria Beckham was having some more  fun in the sun on Wednesday as she headed out with husband David and their children Romeo and Harper.  The designer, 48, seemed in good spirits as she cuddled up to her man while riding on the  back of a golf buggy at Palm Beach.  Puckering up with her plump pout, the former Spice Girl looked radiant while soaking up the sights of the city.
